SEVEN candidates have made the shortlist for the top job at Tower Hamlets council. One internal candidate is said to be amongst them. They will meet councillors informally on Thursday night ready for a grilling at the council s offices in Mulberry Place
SEVEN candidates have made the shortlist for the top job at Tower Hamlets council.
One internal candidate is said to be amongst them.
They will meet councillors informally on Thursday night ready for a grilling at the council's offices in Mulberry Place on Friday.
The �190,000 a year post of chief executive fell vacant after Martin Smith departed after a clash with council leader Lutfur Rahman.
