SIGNAL failure near Hackney Downs meant two rush hour trains were unable to stop at Cambridge Heath and Bethnal Green overland stations this morning.
Commuters on the services from Enfield Town and Cheshunt services were affected on two trains between 6.30am and 7am today whilst Network Rail engineers worked on the problem.
