The sound of steel drums echoed through the East End on Saturday evening as performers staged a charity concert.
The Ebony Steel Band took to the stage at the Royal Foundation of St Katharine in Butcher Row, Limehouse, for an exclusive performance.
Described by organisers as a “huge success”, the event was put on to raise money for the Hoffmann Foundation for Autism charity.
The Foundation helps deliver projects such as painting, drumming and woodwork to people with an Autism Spectrum Condition in a bid to encourage independence and participation in their communities. This year marks its 60th anniversary of providing services to people with an autism spectrum condition.
