Kevin Nolan could be without Jobi McAnuff again

Leyton Orient player-manager Kevin Nolan has hinted he will make changes for their League Two clash with Carlisle United tonight (Tuesday).

The O’s have won their last two matches winning 1-0 at Notts County and seeing off Crawley Town thanks to an Armand Gnanduillet brace.

He only made one change at the weekend, bringing in Sean Clohessy to replace the injured Jobi McAnuff following the Magpies success.

It is believed the fixture at Brunton Park could come too soon for the Jamaican international who is struggling with an ankle injury.

But Nolan is expected to use some of his squad with the likes of Ollie Palmer and Calaum Jahraldo-Martin pushing for a recall.

Sammy Moore came off with a tight groin against the Reds so he is another person that will need to be assessed before the match this evening.

The Cumbrians beat O’s 2-1 at Brisbane Road back in September, the first side to defeat the east Londoners at home.

And they have remained in contention for a play-off position ever since with Jabo Ibehre scoring 15 times for Keith Curle’s men.

He began his career at Orient and Mathieu Baudry and Shaun Brisley will be tasked with handling him tonight.

Alex Cisak will hope to build on the five clean sheets he has picked up from Nolan’s first seven games in charge.
