Kevin Nolan could make changes to his starting team for the visit of League Two strugglers

Leyton Orient player-manager Kevin Nolan may handed Lloyd James a first start for the visit of Hartlepool United this afternoon.

The former Wales under-21 international only made his return from an achilles problem against Morecambe recently.

He played the whole of the second half of that match, but was an unused substitute at Accrington Stanley on Good Friday.

Orient lacked quality throughout and it could result in James earning a first start since December 19 against Yeovil Town.

Therefore both are unavailable alongside captain Mathieu Baudry who serves the third fixture of his four match suspension.

It means the back four of Nicky Hunt, Peter Ramage, Shaun Brisley and Jerome Binnom-Williams will remain unchanged.

Young defender Aron Pollock should stay on the substitute’s bench alongside the likes of Jack Payne, Blair Turgott and Ollie Palmer.

Meanwhile Armand Gnanduillet is expected keep his place for the visit of the Monkey Hangers this afternoon.

A win for Orient and results elsewhere going their way, could see them move back into the top seven of League Two.
