TWO teenage boys have been charged with arson after a bus was set on fire.
The out-of-service route 277 vehicle was set alight in Saffron Avenue, East India on September 15.
Fire crews confirmed the blaze had been started deliberately after they were put out the vehicle, which had extensive damage to the top deck.
Operation BusTag, run by the Metropolitan Police Service and Transport for London’s Safer Transport Command, launched the investigation.
The 14-year-olds are due to appear at Thames Youth Court on November 25.
