Latest housing development complex in east London is launched this month by Telford Homes for 307 apartments.

Centrepiece of the Stratosphere complex next to the Olympic Park is a 36-storey skyscraper with views towards Canary Wharf and the City, all with kitchens fitted by London designer Urban Myth, underfloor heating and video entry-phone system.

The tower with its ground-floor reception gets its own 24-hour concierge, private gymnasium and Wi-Fi lounge.

Telford’s David Campbell said: “We have already had high levels of interest with significant demand for residential properties in this part of London, especially as it is being reclassified into Zone 2 from January 2016.”

The area has had a 131,000 growth in population, with investments reaching £15 billion and estimated 62,000 new jobs from the Olympics and its legacy.

First completions at Stratosphere are expected in spring, 2017, with online registrations already underway.
