A GROUP of leaseholders wants to thank the East London Advertiser for publicising our concerns about Swan Housing Association’s management of the Exmouth Estate in Stepney.
We were so impressed with its recent coverage that we purchased 200 additional copies of the April 30 edition! These were folded into thirds, a coversheet printed in Bangladeshi and English attached, and distributed to all members of the Exmouth Leaseholders Group.
As many of our members were unable to attend Tower Hamlets Council in person, due to health reasons, the informative article helped them see tangible results from taking the time to sign a petition.
The Advertiser is credible force for positive social change in London’s East End. Well done, guys.
