Thousands of two wheelers took to the streets yesterday as they enjoyed a traffic free route past of some of London's best known landmarks in the sunshine.
Traffic was banned for the day as 50,000 cyclists took over a 15km route from the Mall to Tower Hill taking in some of the capital best known landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square and Victoria Embankment.
The Mayor of London's Skyride was led by Boris Johnson, who was joined by celebrity model Kelly Brook and St Paul's Cathedral.
