Tower Hamlets brothers try out for Leeds United
Two footballing brothers from Tower Hamlets College are taking their first steps to Championship glory as they begin a two-week trial with Leeds United.
Fabio and William Rocha, who are originally from Brazil, are strikers on the college football team.
William, the younger brother, said: “We are very excited about the trial because our dream is to become professional footballers.”
The pair started playing football at a young age in S�o Paulo, where they both went on to play for the famous Corinthians football club.
The brothers moved to England four years ago. Fabio, who is now 20, is a business student, while 17-year-old William is studying IT.

Tower Hamlets College’s mentoring coordinator Tanya Blake said: “Fabio and William are both very nice young men and exceptional footballers.
“The commitment and professionalism they show towards their sport is tremendous. We will all be rooting for them while they are in Leeds.”
