TRAFFIC: Blackwall Tunnel northbound closed after lorry breakdown

Delays have been caused to the northbound carriageway of the Blackwall Tunnel this morning because of a broken down lorry. The tunnel had to be closed for a short while at 6.50am while the vehicle was being towed out.
