Morning rush-hour Traffic has heavy along the A13 heading west towards the City, drivers are warned.
There has been a build-up along Commercial Road at Limehouse, stretching back to West India Dock Road in Poplar.
Northbound traffic on the Approach to the A102 Blackwall Tunnel has also been heavy towards Canary Wharf and east London.
Traffic has also been slow in Whitechapel at Leman Street, by Gardner’s.
