SPITALFIELDS City Farm has been shortlisted for cash from the National Lottery for its work with heritage animal breeds.
The farm won a �50,000 lottery grant to bring more breeds of rare farm sheep and poultry to the city and teach townies more about animals.
Children from nearby schools had a chance to learn more about them and use a specially created activity booklet and coffee table book.
Now farm manager Helen Galland is urging people to vote for the farm to win �2,000 for animal feed in the National Lottery's prize as best heritage funded project of the year.
