WILDLIFE creatures and humans take it in their stride getting around after yet more snow grips the South East.

Water birds from East London's Victoria Park (above) skate rather than swim in the nearby Regent's Canal (top), negotiating their slippery way past an abandoned Christmas tree stuck in the ice. The canal froze over from Shoreditch as far down as Limehouse.

The East End woke up to a fresh blanket of snow this-morning, with the coldest winter for 30 years continuing through the day.

For humans, it was 'brolly' weather with snow flurries continuing through the day, as they made their way to work.

One lone worker battled through the mist and snow across the dock bridge at Canary Wharf (above) as she struggled to reach the office.
