Witness appeal as woman, 27, dies after Docklands bus accident
POLICE are appealing for witnesses following the death of a woman pedestrian involved in a road accident with a bus in London’s Docklands. An inquest was opened in East London yesterday into the death of 27-year-old Shan Shan Guo, following the accident at Canary Wharf on October 17
POLICE are appealing for witnesses following the death of a woman pedestrian involved in a road accident with a bus in London's Docklands.
An inquest was opened in East London yesterday into the death of 27-year-old Shan Shan Guo, following the accident at Westferry Circus near Canary Wharf on October 17 at 2.45pm.
Shan, who lived in Poplar, was taken by ambulance to the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel.
But she died on Sunday, eight days after the accident. Her family have since been informed.

A post mortem at Poplar Mortuary gave cause of death as head injuries. Yesterday's inquest was adjourned to April 27.
No arrests have been made in connection with the accident.
