Archant's Dave Evans, George Sessions and Ned Keating discuss the latest topics affecting our clubs

With the football season hurtling towards an exciting climax, it seems fans of our three clubs are set to miss out on the drama this weekend.

Leyton Orient know they are already on their way out of League Two at the wrong end following a 3-0 loss away to Crewe Alexandra last week.

However, with a final home game of the season to come against Colchester United on Saturday, they will want to give their long-suffering fans something to cheer.

Dagenham & Redbridge, meanwhile, end the regular season at home at Woking with seemingly little to play for after securing a play-off place last weekend.

However, they could still secure home advantage in the second leg with a win – who doesn’t fancy a Thursday night trip to Forest Green Rovers?

West Ham take a trip to the west Midlands to face Stoke City, with both clubs seemingly in holiday mode.

With the sides having scored 11 goals between them in their last six games, what more do you need to get excited about?

There’s also the latest on Ilford’s expulsion from the Essex Senior League Challenge Cup for a bizarre ruling, and Hackney Wick’s merger with a mysterious Essex Senior League club.

As always, correspondents Dave Evans, George Sessions and Ned Keating share their thoughts in our latest podcast presented by Archant’s digital specialist project manager Matt Withers.
