Tower Hamlets joint boss Ade Abayomi admitted he is an admirer of FC Romania's style ahead of their clash this weekend.
Abayomi and AJ Ashanike’s men host the seventh place Essex Senior League outfit at Mile End Stadium on Saturday (3pm) and will be looking to continue their strong start to the season.
“I’m expecting a very tough game,” said Abayomi.
“I’m a big admirer of the way FC Romania play, that’s the way I like to see teams play and is my ideology of the game.
“We know what to expect because of the way they play as they have never changed the way they play since I’ve been here.
“I’m expecting it to be tough, but it’s also a game where if we set our stalls out right we can get something from it and I’m really looking forward to the challenge.”
The manager praised Ion Vintila’s men, but admits they still have weaknesses and Hamlets must look to exploit them at the back, as well as making sure they stay switched on for 90 minutes.
“They don’t play like any other Essex Senior League side because they play on the deck, they play football, so if you fall asleep for even one minute they’ll catch you out with one or two good passes,” he added.
“That’s the way they play and it doesn’t matter who is in their team and who is not as they’re always good.
“They’re a little bit suspect at the back and that’s how they concede goals, as apart from that their ball possession is so good and so is their attack.
“We have to really turn up as if we don’t we will get punished.”
Tower Hamlets are expected to stick with a similar side that picked up a 3-0 victory against West Essex on Friday at Mile End Stadium.
“We’re not expecting massive changes, one or two players might have a knock, but we’ll check that out and go from there,” he added.
“Apart from that everyone is ready to go and I don’t expect to make too many changes.”
Tower Hamlets are also facing a trip to 13th-placed Stansted in the Essex Senior League on Tuesday evening (7.45pm).
