Lansbury BC returned from the annual Box Cup tournament in Denmark this week with a haul of two gold medals and three silvers as the seven-strong squad put the Poplar club on the map.
Head coach Lee Hammersley, who supervised the team with fellow coach Adam Spelling, said: "We're very pleased with performance of all the boys and it was a very good experience for the young team."
The Lansbury squad included coaches Hammersley and Spelling and youngsters Tony Buttejieg, Shar Rahman, Asa Vassallio, Abdul Hannan, Rayhan Khan, Koysor Ahmed, Ishmael Haqq and Martin Lawrence.
