Frederick Lawrence was the top swimmer for the Bethnal Green Sharks at Southbury Leisure Centre in Enfield by sprinting to four gold medals for the 50m butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle, all in personal best times.
Loula Paizi won gold in the freestyle and silver in the backstroke.
Competing in her first competition, Anna Doherty reduced her times in the backstroke and freestyle.
Lucas Boardman was a fifth placed finalist in backstroke and butterfly.
The other sharks competitors who reduced their previous best times were Esme Cudmore backstroke and breaststroke, Nikita Roure backstroke, as well as Iain Bissett and Nahshon Bryan freestyle.
