In-form striker Enoch Boateng bagged a brace, while Mutala Mohammed and Edward Ansah were on target for the Meteors, while Ioan Grab, Stan Gabriel and Hodor Ion replied for Vio.

Alpha Grove of Division Three bowed out of the Jack Walpole Cup at the quarter-final stage after they lost 3-2 to Premier side Red Devils.

Grove were left wondering what could have been as they led 2-0 at the break thanks to an own goal and a Ricky Stuart strike, before second half strikes from Alistair Buffonge, Wayne Edwards and Kay Jones won the game for Devils.

The quarter-final of the Albert Daniels Cup saw top tier side MSW beat Lancresse Rangers 3-1, with goals from Adrian Sterling, Lee Daniels and a Jamie McDonald penalty, while Ivan Lee replied for Lancresse.

Bancroft of the Premier League proved too strong for Division One side Adam & Eve, winning 3-0 thanks to a Justin Weathermann double and a Temi Oloto strike.

Division One leaders Polit came from behind to snatch a 2-2 draw with Gascoyne.
