Prolific goalscorer Ionut Coropceanu was once again the hero for Real Romania as his two goals led his side to a 2-1 win over Bancroft United in the final of the Albert Daniels Cup on Friday night.

The red-hot frontman claimed the man of the match award and bagged his brace in the first 15 minutes of the match. Although Benga Odusina scored for United with 10 minutes left, they could not find the elusive equaliser.

Clapton Rangers are through to the final off the Jack Walpole Cup after a sensational 6-5 win over Lapton.

Joe Seabrook and Ashley Taylor-Forbes both hit doubles, while Ade Cole and Jonathan Mulonson were also on target. Ibby Ranks (3) and Maurice Byfield (2) were Lapton's scorers.

Clapton will face Cosmopolitan (below) in the final after they beat Red Devils on penalties.

The game ended 3-3 after 90 minutes with both sides finding the net in extra-time, while Cosmo won 4-3 on spot-kicks.

Zeek Watson, Jason Walker and Alex Reid scored for Devils, while Daniel Stanley, Liam Patrick and Sherwin Stanley scored for Cosmo in open play, with Nathan Mathurin netting the winning penalty.

In the Hackney & Leyton Premier Division Black Meteors missed their chance to grab top spot in the league after going down 3-2 to Bancroft.

Khalid Jama, Justin Weatherman and Ben Hoskyn were on target for United, with Mutala Mohammed and Enoch Boateng replying for Meteors.

Real Romania defeated MSW 5-2 to move up to third. Geogre Amanei, Lucizim Dormuica, Sebastian Darlea, Antonio Mieroix, Mihoi Cotmareanu were Real's scorers, while Phillip Slade netted both for MSW.

In Division One, Mile End beat champions Metwin 4-1 to seal second place and promotion.

Abrahams Mahmood hit a brace, while Clifford Merry and Kiren O'Donoghue were Mile End's scorers, with James Smith replying for Metwin.

Hare & Hounds are Division Two champions after second half goals from Bradley O'Donavan and Dwayne Sharon helped them to a 2-0 win over Lammas.

Storm closed the gap on Lammas in second place after a 4-0 win over Midfield. Neklyk Mykola, Ivan Prodan, Jerojey Babich and Volodyneyr Tyranskiy scored for Storm.
