Clapton Rangers have moved up to second, level on points with Lapton in the Premier Division after a crushing 7-0 victory over title rivals Real Romania.

Prolific marksman Joe Seabrook hit no fewer than four goals against an inconsistent Real, who hit 10 goals last week, but suffered their first defeat a week before that.

Clapton were completely dominant, as a brace from Ashley Taylor-Forbes and a Junior Konadu strike helped Rangers through what could have been a difficult fortnight following the loss of a two-goal lead in last week's draw at champions Lapton.

Shoreditch Fire Penguins remain top of the Division Four after a Adam Hills strike earned them a 1-1 draw at Baris Spor, while hat-tricks from Antoine Carriene and Chris Salisbury, a double from Cuneyt Mehmet and goals from John McEwan, M Tonna and Chris Buck handed Ravenscroft a 11-2 win over Volker United.

Strikes from Jag Phullock and Alish Patelon were not enough for East London against Royal Oak, who earned a draw thanks to strikes from Mark and Phil Christodoulou. Uli Izzet was on target for Comet, who lost 5-1 to Florist Arms.

Elsewhere, Albion Manor crashed out of the FA London Sunday Challenge Cup at the second-round stage after losing 3-1 at NW Neasden. Luke Rowland was on target for the Manor.
