Tower Hamlets made it four wins in a row as they cruised to a 3-1 victory against Sawbridgeworth Town.

The Mile End-based based club travelled up to Hertfordshire and came away victorious thanks to a brace from Luke With and a goal from O’Neal Rowe.

After a slow start Ade Abayomi and AJ Ashanike’s men have found their feet and look to be a real force in the Essex Senior League in recent weeks.

“I think we have found that winning menality now and hopefully we can keep that going for the rest of the season,” joint-manager AJ Ashanike said.

“The camp is buzzing now.

“There is always room for improvement as the players are learning and we’re also learning new things as managers.”

Tower Hamlets were forced into making a handful of changes to the line-up for the clash and Ashanike believes it shows how strong they are.

“We had to make four or five changes and the guys that came in did a good job and some possibly made a shirt their own and that shows what a good side we have.”

Tower Hamlets will now host Wadham Lodge at the Mile End Stadium (7.45pm kick-off) on Friday evening.
