London Lions youth product Spencer jets in for Big Baller Clash

The London Lions are delighted to announce that guard Jordan Spencer will join the team ahead of Easter Monday's Big Baller Clash.

The six foot two inch point guard is a product of the Lions development system right from the days in Milton Keynes.

Spencer last played for the Lions in London in 2012/13 before he headed off to join the University of Augustana in the US.

At Augustana, Spencer went on to win the Division 2 NCAA National Title and was voted Player of the Year in 2017, whilst leading the Conference in assists He has just completed his senior season averaging 16 points eight assists and four rebounds per game.

“I’m excited for the opportunity of playing against the Ball brothers and with professional players,” Spencer said.

“Coming home also and playing in London, the same team as Justin Robinson, all this will give me the taste of the Pro Career that I will begin this fall.”

Lions Head Coach, Vince Macaulay, added: “The opportunity arose for Jordan to join us, he is a Lion through and through and he’ll be fun to watch.”

Fans will see Spencer and the rest of the Lions together with BC Vytautas and the Ball brothers on Easter Monday April, 2, when the Lions host Vytautas at the Copper Box, Tip off 4.00pm, tickets are still available at
