Gallagher, the proud title partner of Premiership Rugby, has launched a nationwide competition for community rugby clubs to win a training session coached by their local Gallagher Premiership Rugby club.

The competition is open to local groups and clubs of all ages and abilities, with one training session per Gallagher Premiership Club up for grabs.

Each training session will be fronted by three players from the local Gallagher Premiership Rugby club who will be on hand to provide professional tips and share their rugby experiences at the skills-sharpening session.

To win this money-can’t-buy experience, Gallagher is asking the rugby community to nominate their local rugby club team – telling them why they deserve to win a training session with their Gallagher Premiership Rugby heroes by describing how the team embodies the spirit of rugby both on and off the pitch.

To be in with a chance of winning, visit premiershiprugby.com/GallagherComp and describe in no more than 500 words how your local club team demonstrates great passion, energy and determination to protect and grow the game of rugby in an inclusive way.

Throughout the 2018/19 Gallagher Premiership Rugby season, Gallagher is championing heroes of the game, shining a light on the individuals and groups within the wider rugby community that embody the spirt of rugby and help make it an inclusive and empowering sport.

This competition marks the latest celebration of the rugby community following the campaign’s launch in August where Gallagher asked each club to nominate two people who they felt best demonstrated their rugby family, resulting in 24 Gallagher Community Heroes, who embody the values and spirit of rugby.

With local teams and community clubs playing an invaluable role within the rugby family to help protect and grow the game, this is an opportunity for Gallagher and Premiership Rugby to congratulate them on their commitment to the sport, by delivering the ultimate prize of an exclusive training session with their own on-pitch heroes.

The competition is open until November 27, with shortlisted entries picked by Gallagher’s Community Heroes. Winning clubs will be announced in January 2019, with training sessions taking place from February onwards.
