Cruiserweight prospect Tony Conquest was a late omission as members of East London's Ultrachem TKO Gym squad paraded their punches at York Hall

Cruiserweight prospect Tony Conquest was a late omission as members of East London's Ultrachem TKO Gym squad paraded their punches on a Hayemaker-promoted show at York Hall on Sunday afternoon.

Conquest, who was ranked Britain's No3 cruiserweight during his stellar amateur career at Dagenham BC, had been due to make his second pro appearance at the Bethnal Green venue but was ruled out by a virus.

Former West Ham BC amateur Nathan Weise added another win to his pro record when he punched out a points win over Nottingham veteran Matt Scriven.

Tall light-middleweight Weise, who has suffered just one defeat in six bouts, made his reach count with long-distance shots as Scriven battled to get to close quarters in a lively scrap.

But Scriven was unable to handle Weise's superior skills and the East London boxer was good value for his latest win.

Two other boxers based at the TKO Gym clashed on the bill, with aggressive Darryl Setterfield powering forward to punch out a points win over rival Kevin Lilley, who announced his retirement from the ring at the end of the bout.

Meanwhile, Levi Coates showed winning form in Repton colours last weekend as he outpointed Ray Gardener with a good display on the Billericay BC tournament.
