THERE was no movement for Victoria Park & Tower Hamlets AC when they staged the third Southern Young Athletes match of our four at Mile End Stadium on Sunday.
The host club entered the meet in third place overall and at the end of it, stayed third, just a handful of points behind Kent's Dartford AC, whom they trail in second spot.
Near neighbours Newham & Essex Beagles won the Mile End meet, as they had the previous two and look near certainties to win promotion from the league's Division 2, regaining the place that they were relegated from last season.
VP&TH showed particular prowess in the sprints with Tunde Judun and Victor Ade-Davis winning the A and B races among the under 17 men.

Hackney youngster Nathan Hanson achieved a 100 and 200 metre double among the under 15 boys, while in the under 13 boys, Joash Baliddawa showed what an outstanding prospect he is with a triple win - in the 100m, 200m and the long jump.
Among the girls Symone Keisha Fannis completed a jump double, in long and triple jump, Stephanie Steele Boyce tore home to win the 200m and Selena Swaby Constantine took the long jump.
