The opening ceremony, which will be held from 6-8pm at the Rocket gallery in Shoreditch High Street, will be attended by the 90-year-old Danish artist.
The show features mobiles, paintings, screen prints and furniture.
Geertsen is seen as a father figure of Denmark's artistic community and a forerunner of the Danish Konkrete formalist movement.
His colourful work is exhibited in museums and public spaces throughout Scandinavia.
Entry is free to the exhibition, which runs until March 28.
