The trail starts at Three Mills Green on Three Mills Island in Bromley by Bow any time from 11am to 3pm on Thursday April 8.
The course is designed for the 12s and under who must be accompanied by an adult as some clues will take them on paths near the canal.
The trail takes between 30 minutes and an hour for young sleuths to compete as they hunt for clues.
