The campaign to stop plans to axe the BBC6 music channel continues with a free gig at 93 Feet East in Brick Lane on May 4
Ian McNabb (Icicle Works) and Goldheart Assembly headline a night of performances by eight bands who have featured on the station during the last 12 months.
Making up the bill are I Like Trains, RedTrack, We Rock Like Girls Don't, Shabby Rogue, Isa & The Filthy Tongues and Alexander Price.
Andrew Harrison from The Word magazine will be hosting the evening and the gig is designed to show solidarity, artist support and raise awareness for people to write in protest against the decision to ditch BBC6.
The gig is also a thank you from the artists for the radio station showcasing their music
