MUSIC lovers who may have missed out on spending Zavvi vouchers in the high street can use them to enjoy a night of comedy.
Bethnal Green's FymFygBar, which used to be Lee Hurst's Backyard Comedy Club, has come up with the generous offer after manager Daniel Dearlove bought Zavvi vouchers as a Christmas present only to discover that with the demise of the high street music store it could not be spent.
Anyone visiting the club's comedy events at Cambridge Heath Road can present a voucher until the end of April and will be given money off entry, up to the value of the voucher.
Daniel said: "We thought it was a nice gesture. We will give them the voucher back so they can make a claim through Zavvi's liquidator."
