MOBO Nominated Master Shortie is bringing it back to the 80s, old school style, with his new single.

Monday, October 26 sees the release of Master Shortie's new hip-pop single Bringing It Back from new album ADHD, released through his own label Odd One Out.

And on the same day the Brit School dropout is due to play at Camden's Koko as part of the UK's first The Brapp Pack Tour.

Written by Master Shortie and Tim McKenzie Bringing it Back name-checks Dirty Dancing, Patrick Swayze and Thundercats (which surely he's too young to remember at the tender age of 20).

But the rapper proclaims: "I am an 80's baby, 90's kid! Bringing it back is me reminiscing about all the fun associated with the 1980s".

The Swindon-born south Londoner is the latest to join The Brapp Pack Tour and is due to join Chipmunk, MPHO, Ironik and Kid British.

Bringing it Back is packed full of electro bleeps, urban beats and 80's references in a genre some have described as hip-pop.

Bringing It Back is out as a download and as a CD on Monday, October 26 on Odd One Out.

Master Shortie is playing as part of the Brapp Pack Tour at Koko in Camden on Monday, October 26.
