A food festival is planned over three days in the Moat at the Tower of London next month with cooking demos from top chefs and lessons on how to decorate a naked cake.
Cooking demos are on the menu from Michel Roux Jr, Melissa Hemsley, Michael Caines and Nadiya Hussain.
Master chefs from Le Cordon Bleu are running cuisine and patisserie workshops—and there are sessions exclusively for children. Workshops are also being run on how to make sourdough and ‘naked cake’ decorating.
The iconic royal palace and fortress is turning the old dry moat into London’s latest place to eat for three days from September 7 with 100 food stalls from oysters and sausages to sweet treats and ales.
Tickets include entry to the Tower of London where the Crown Jewels are stashed, with 900 years of history to explore inside the walls.
