The Angle Theatre's TriANGLE trio of dramas opens with Commercial Rd, a comedy by Mina Maisuria, which is being shown from Wednesday until June 20.
The play explores the struggles and fears of a group of dispossessed Asian petrol station workers in the East End.
The run at the Mare Street theatre continues with The Sea At Night by Luciana Saldanha on June 14, which follows an Italian couple in Sao Paulo, Brazil, who dream of returning to their homeland.
Khadija Is 18 by Shamser Sinha, a story of two teenage East End girls, which opens on June 21, closes the month of drama from new writers.
