A man was knocked to the ground and punched in a racially aggravated assault after a pro-Palestine march.

British Transport Police (BTP) have issued a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to following an assault at Stratford Station on November 11 at around 8.20pm.

The victim was walking through the subway at Stratford station after attending a pro-Palestine demonstration when he was punched, BTP said.

He then fell to the ground and the male continued to punch the victim until he was pulled off by other members of the public.
