Police investigating an incident in Limehouse that left a man injured have confirmed his condition.
It comes after the Metropolitan Police were alerted to concerns for the welfare of a man in Tomlin's Terrace at 2.20pm on April 25.
Officers were dispatched to the scene alongside London Ambulance Service paramedics and discovered an injured man aged in his 40s.

He was taken to hospital in an unknown condition.
A spokesperson for the Met has confirmed today (April 27) that his condition is not life-threatening, with the nature of his injuries unclear.
There has been no update regarding arrests at this stage.
